Fabulous hotel
The bed was super comfy slept perfect all night.
Friendly staff who were accommodating and helpful. A full service restaurant on the ground floor for proper meals and drinks. Breakfast was decent. The high floor I stayed in was away from street noise, which wasn't much to begin with. For those who prefer public transport and walking, a tram station is right by the corner to get to the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia via Ordu cd, along which many retail shops and money changers are located. Stores on the street offer convenience to basic groceries if needed.
The property location is amazing close to the tram. Most of the tourist locations are close.

This is a scam and booking.com should have refunded our money but haven’t. It is booking.com responsibility to ensure the accommodation they advertise exists. Been a loyal customer of booking.com but will never book with them again

I liked the location becasuse ir really near to The Saint Sophie Mosque, Blue Mosque, Palace de Topkapi and the Grand Bazaar, If you want to go to the Galata Tower you take the 10 line, and the hotel is very near to a station train. the breakfast was aceptable , Id liked the sweets, very delicious.

We were upgraded to a suite on 7th floor , however the suite was a big room and nothing of a suite. the breakfast has many cheese and olives but the main course is always boiled egg, airfryer chips and the third one which is changed every day is chicken nuggets or something else , not to everyone taste. fruits are always mandarin ( not sweet ) and pears ( not sweet again) and sometimes prunes, good ones. The staff were nice. and helpful.

It is positioned right next to the tram station and a 5-10 minute walk from the subway. The bed was comfortable and the linens seemed clean.
